Mark Webster has been running Stay Well Pharmacy in Christchurch since 2001. He's not your average dispensing pharmacist. He holds a Fellowship in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine and a Masters in Integrative Medicine from George Washington University, and he uses both to help his customers every day.
Mark has won the NZ Pharmacy Awards for community care and innovation, received a Kiwibank Local Hero medal, and was recognised as the Best Integrative Pharmacy in Australasia (2016, 2017, 2018). More importantly, he's the pharmacist people come to when nothing else has worked, and he has a track record of finding out why.
Integrative Health
Mark is an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), this means he’s a healthcare professional who combines conventional Western medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies to treat the whole person. Rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms or specific diseases, an IHP evaluates a patient's interconnected physical, mental, emotional, lifestyle, and spiritual needs to uncover the root causes of illness and build custom well-being plans by drawing on multiple diverse healthcare domains:
